Multiple Thread Ganged Individual Idler Assemblies
Multiple threads are clustered at the exit point of a thread feeding system and guided to placement in the product. AccraTec provides a unique multiple thread idler assembly. The assembly consists of a series of independent, single thread, Delrin idlers ganged on a single shaft. Assemblies are configured to accommodate the number of threads being guided. This provides a thread path with individual free turning idlers for each thread in the cluster and reduces thread breaks.
Upright Thread Guide
The upright thread guide is mounted on the thread feeding system and provides adjustable height, overhead routing of the thread clusters.
Thread Break Detection
Alternative thread break detection devices and configurations may be arranged on the thread feeding system. The devices sense each individual thread and are wired to a central panel for customer field connection.
Low Thread Spool Diameter Detection
Sensors monitor the spool diameters of each tier and signal the presence of a low thread spool diameter.
External Lubrication Manifold
The external lubrication manifold allows lubrication of the operating drive components without removing the safety guards.
